Salesforce Project Manager

Job Description:

Across industries, our clients are focused on improving business performance and automating workflows that will save their team's valuable time. INVISR is a start up focused on fresh ideas and straightforward cloud strategy advising. Client types include: Finance, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), AdTech, and Healthcare. Typical engagements are a combination of sales, service, marketing, reporting and analytics, change management, and training.

Position Requirements:

Minimum Years of Experience: 4

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree

Degree(s) Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related areas

Certification(s) Preferred: One or more of the following Salesforce.com certifications: Administrator, Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant

Knowledge Preferred:

  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge about underlying client business problems with the ability to create Salesforce, technology-enabled solutions that help streamline organizational needs and meet legal-related and industry-specific compliance standards and regulations.

  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge and success in improving the performance of Sales, Service, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and IT business units. This includes understanding and solving business and technology challenges related to the implementation of CRM technologies, delivering Social & Mobile Enterprise platforms, and designing and developing platform-based applications that meet client business needs.

  • Prior experience working in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Consumer Packaged Goods industries is a plus.

Skills Preferred:

  • Demonstrates proven success and extensive abilities to learn and perform in functional and technical capacities, which includes the following areas:

    • Identifying and addressing client needs; developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting comprehensive written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection

  • Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting to all levels of industry audiences, clients, and internal staff.Complete understanding of out-of-the-box Salesforce.com functionality and ability to determine when customizations are needed.

  • Competency in other technology products such as: SAP, Marketo, ExactTarget, Quickbooks, RelateIQ, Heroku, Radian6, Microsoft Dynamics, Informatica, Mulesoft, Qlikview.

  • Understanding or experience implementing third-party integrations along with potential impacts of those integrations

  • Utilization of common business applications such as  Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project, and Google Apps.

  • Ability to effectively capture client needs and understand their systems enough to translate those needs into technical requirements.

  • Produce deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment.

  • Collaborate effectively across remote teams and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
